fantastic stay with great service

cute staff available food excellent service kind cleaner

i found the staff very cute. there was always food on offer. i particularly enjoyed the time i spent at the facility. the service was really good from the cleaners to the bar staff and lifeguards (everyone was kind).

the noise level in the dining room was high. baby buggies often bumped the backs of our chairs while we ate.

the hotel has a good location. the bay view from the café is fantastic. it is a peaceful spot to enjoy a turkish coffee. even with many tourists, i found plenty of space in bars.

the breakfast had a good choice of food. the rooms were spacious and clean (the beds were really comfortable).

the dining room was noisy at times. baby buggies sometimes bumped the backs of chairs while people were eating.

high noise level repetitive music

the hotel staff provided cute service upon arrival.

the noise level in the dining room was quite high. baby buggies often bumped into the backs of our chairs while we ate, and it was annoying. perhaps designated parking for strollers would help.. the piano music also became repetitive after a few days.

malfunctioning lifts limited food

the lifts were a real problem. half of them didn't work, it was quite irritating. the food options also disappointed me (i expected more). there wasn't much variety, and some places listed as open were actually closed, forcing me to mostly eat bread and chips throughout my stay.

helpful receptionist delicious food

i really enjoyed the spa team at the hotel. the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. the italian a'la carte restaurant offered perfect service and delicious food thanks to muhammed, hasan, and nalin.
